The conditions set forth below shall enter into force between the parties only once the seller has confirmed the order and sent the buyer the full set of the terms stated herein.

Scope of Our Products

The use of this website platform, as well as any transaction carried out through it, shall be deemed to have taken place in Spain and shall therefore be subject to current Spanish laws and regulations, without prejudice to any legislation applicable according to the consumer’s status.

These General Terms and Conditions aim to establish the legal framework governing the Contract. Where applicable, they shall be supplemented by the corresponding Specific Conditions.

As a Consumer, the Contract is governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (hereinafter referred to as TRLGDCU).

Contracting Procedure – How Can I Buy Online?

To access the products offered by STOPINCENDIOS and make a purchase, you must freely and voluntarily provide the personal data required.

In accordance with Article 27 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the contracting procedure will follow these steps:

  1. Click on the product you wish to select and press “Add to cart.” (The cart is located in the upper right corner of the page.)

  2. If you wish to continue shopping, return to the homepage.

  3. Once you have selected the desired products and quantities, if you have a discount coupon click “Apply coupon” and then “Update cart.” If you do not have a coupon, proceed directly to “Checkout.”

  4. You must then provide your personal details. You may log in, create an account, or complete the purchase as a guest.

  5. Enter the delivery address and select the shipping method.

  6. On the same screen, you will see a summary of your cart, including selected products, price, taxes, and shipping costs (if applicable).

  7. Finally, select your preferred payment method and confirm your purchase by clicking “ORDER WITH OBLIGATION TO PAY.”

To process your purchase, you must read and accept both the Privacy Policy and these General Terms and Conditions. You may download them if desired.

STOPINCENDIOS informs you that the electronic document formalizing the contract will be properly archived and accessible to the user upon request via the customer area or Customer Service.

Technical Means to Correct Errors

Users are provided with technical means to identify and correct errors during the contracting process through the Customer Area.

Once the shipping company has taken charge of the product, any delivery-related changes must be handled directly with the carrier using the tracking number provided.

If PayPal is selected as the payment method, no changes to the shipping address will be permitted once the order is placed.

Product descriptions are based on STOPINCENDIOS’ product catalog.

Although great care is taken to display product colors and features accurately, variations may occur depending on user device resolution. Therefore, users should carefully review the product description on the product page.

Stock availability will also be indicated. If a product appears available but is out of stock after purchase, STOPINCENDIOS will inform the user in accordance with the “Returns Policy – Out of Stock” section.

Pricing Information

All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include applicable Spanish VAT unless otherwise indicated.

Shipping costs and taxes will be clearly itemized during checkout.

Prices may change at any time but will not affect orders already placed.

If a manifest pricing error is detected, the customer will be informed and may either reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it before confirmation is sent via email.

Legal Warranty

Consumers are entitled to a THREE-YEAR legal warranty under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

STOPINCENDIOS guarantees availability of spare parts and technical service for 10 years from the date the product ceases to be manufactured.

Returns Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase without providing a reason.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the consumer.

Products must be returned in the same condition as received.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Out of Stock

If a product is out of stock, STOPINCENDIOS will inform the customer and refund the purchase amount without undue delay.

Minors

Purchases are restricted to individuals over 18 years of age.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for purchases made by minors.

Dispute Resolution

Spanish law shall apply. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the consumer’s domicile.
